How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email our customer service team at orders@rugerks.com. In your email, please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
A return authorization request will be sent to you via email within 3-5 business days with complete instructions on how to return your product. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, please call us at 1-386-279-7292. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an order that is damaged, please send a picture of the damaged package to orders@rugerks.com immediately. It is important that you do not discard the box or packing materials, as they may be required for the return process.
If your return is due to a mis-shipped, damaged, or defective product, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs

Buyer's Remorse: Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for products you wish to return due to "buyer's remorse" or any reason other than a product being defective or damaged.

Refused Delivery: If you refuse your delivery without inspection or return a non-defective product, you will be responsible for the original shipping fees and the actual cost of return shipping.

Free Shipping: If you received free shipping on your original order, you are not eligible for a refund on shipping and will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $100 after any applicable discounts. This offer is valid for a single shipping address per order.
Please note: This free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to California, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories and commonwealths (Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico).
Shipping Rates & Processing
Our standard shipping rates start at $5.65 and are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
